SAQ TEAM/FORM YOUR OWN GROUP PROGRAM
This has been around since the beginning of our company. The beauty of it is that you control with who and when your training is performed. The level of sport and need specificity is as high as the group likes in these sessions based on who they form the group with. All sessions are by appointment. We can assist in helping to form the group. This works great when friends or teammates are involved. These sessions can focus on whatever component of athleticism the group wants to achieve including:

" Balance and Biomechanics of motion
" Explosiveness and flexibility
" Increasing lean muscle mass and Linear speed
" Mobility and multi directional speed
" Start and first step quickness
" Reactivity and agility

DEFENSIVE FOOTBALL SKILLS SERIES with Ian Wild
This training will run for 6 weeks and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm for 6 weeks at the Pleasant Hills Location turf area starting Tuesday 3/10/15. Sessions run for 60 minutes. These sessions will cover skills and speed and agility. Total cost of the camp is $279. This camp is not a 3 day deal, it is designed to actually create habits and improve strength, footwork and speed over a 6 week period.
We will be working on total body strength, upper body power and hand quickness, short range acceleration, balance, capping power leaks, hip swivel, coming out of and toughness.
Total cost of the camp is $279/athlete.
If 5 players sign up from same team, cost goes to $249/athlete.
Ian Wild is a standout football player from Pittsburgh, PA. He is a student of the game and was recently signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ian played football at Baldwin High School followed by his time at Mercyhurst University. He had a very successful career in the CFL logging 2 seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Ian spent many years sports performance training under the tutelage of Ed Wietholder, founder and Director of Strength, Fitness And Speed, Inc. Ian will be handling all of the skills aspects and some of the strength and footwork development as well.

Wrestling Strength and Conditioning Series with Vincent Camps and Strength Fitness and Speed, Inc.
Post-season leaving a bitter taste in your mouth? Did you fall short of the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the season? If so this series is for you! Training will run for 8 weeks and will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 pm at the Strength, Fitness and Speed, Inc. Pleasant Hills location, starting Wednesday 4/1. Sessions will last 60 minutes and consist of wrestling specific drills in order to become a better athlete.
This camp is designed for wrestlers of all skill levels, in order to improve performance, endurance, and strength on the mat.
The focus will be on improving total body strength, developing power and speed from the hips and legs, improving endurance, improving mental toughness, and team work.
Nutrition advice will also be provided in regards to healthy weight cuts and weight maintenance.
Athlete to Coach ratio will be kept no higher than 10:1
The total cost of the camp is $349
If 5 players sign up from the same team, cost goes to $320/athlete.
Vincent Camps is a sports performance coach at SFS and has over 15 years experience in the sport of wrestling Vincent wrestled and was a 2 year captain at Waynesburg Central High School and then attended Slippery Rock University where he ran the Slippery Rock University wrestling club affiliated with the NCWA. He has a master’s degree in Wellness and Human Performance from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. He is also a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
